Classic Elite humbuckers
Voicings that purr with classic tonality. The Ibanez AF73 is loaded with two Classic Elite humbuckers for a balanced and warm sound. These pickups are wired with a 3-way pickup selector and dual volume/tone controls, allowing you to fully sculpt your sound.
The medium output of the Classic Elite pickups helps you adapt your sound to both clean and overdriven styles of playing. The pickups make the most of the responsive hollow body and help to transmit every detail and nuance of your playing.
Vintage styled archtop body
An arched style that defined an era. The beautifully crafted maple body glows with the classic hollowbody panache, allowing for almost endless sustain. A thin maple top produces superb projection and a wide tonal range. From high-end sparkle down through a rich mid-range to a balanced low-end, this guitar is packed with versatility.
Easy playability. The light frame is kind on your shoulders for those long performances, letting you focus on the complex chords and mesmerising melodies.
