Shipping And Handling

Shipping and Handling will vary depending on the total weight of items ordered. You can find the shipping cost of for a particular order on the checkout screen. Prices include VAT, a breakdown is shown at checkout. Orders will be dispatched providing the item(s) are in stock and payment has been processed. If the order contains one or more items, and not all items are in stock the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock. In this event however the customer will be contacted and part order shipment can be arranged. We will only deliver to the UK at this time and cannot deliver to any other address other then that of the card holder unless by prior arrangement. This is to help protect all parties in the event of a fraudulent attempt for a transaction.

Delivery Schedule

Orders placed for in-stock items before 12.30pm will normally be despatched SAME DAY and usually delivered NEXT WORKING DAY. Some lower value items and small parcels will be sent on a Royal Mail 48 Hour service. Delivery times are all subject to stocking, quality control and seasonal backlog. Definitions

Company refers to Music Centre. Goods and services refers to The Goods and services which the company supplies. Purchaser refers to The person who the company is supplying goods and services to.

Ownership of goods

Legal title in goods shall remain the company's until such time the company receives payment in full of all sums due in respect of goods supplied. If the purchaser fails to make all payments when due, dishonours payment, enters bankruptcy, liquidation, has a receiver or manager appointed over any assets or becomes insolvent, or if the company has reasonable cause to believe that any of these events may occur, the company shall reserve the right without prejudice to any other remedy of the company to repossess the goods and materials without prior notice and the purchaser will permit the company to enter any premesis for the such reposession. Deposit Goods reserved with a deposit will be held for a period of upto four weeks from invoice date unless other arrangements are agreed by us prior to deposit. Deposits are non transferable or refundable.

Delivery / Carriage

Delivery times are approximated. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the company in writing. The companys charge for delivery may not represent the actual cost paid by the company to it's courier. The company reserves the right to charge the purchaser the full cost of carriage on unwanted goods. We always try and dispatch all UK orders on a next working day service. 

Shortages & Damage in transit

Any shortages or damages must be reported to the company within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.
