Can I ask a question about a product?

You absolutely can, whether it a question about a certain product, a certain price, a certain tone you're seeking, whether we'd recommend one thing over another, whatever you like really, just reach out to us and we'll do what we can to help.

Do we do part exchanges?

Yes we do, on most types of product, though not Brass, Woodwind or Harmonicas.

Are there finance options for purchasing?

Yes, we offer accept Paypal Credit and are partnered with Klarna. 

Do we ship internationally?

As a rule we do not, for various reasons but mostly if a product is damaged or you are not happy with your product, the high carriage costs of returns makes it overly problematic.

Can I try all your guitars in the shop if I visit?

You can, within reason anyway. The majority of our stock is out on display in the shop, staff can assist with trying things out. 

We insist on helping customers pick up and put down instruments, and make sure zips and belt buckles etc are considered too. 

We don't accept any of our stock as being ex-demo unless specified, we open, check, and fully setup every instrument we recieve into stock before they go out on display, and then again when we sell things online at the end of the process too.

Do you have your own parking?

We do, at the rear of the shop. Access via Wellington St. and Derby Place.


I bought something online and would like to return it.

Under distance selling law you have 14 days from recieving something to return something to us with no quibble at all.

We will not accept returns that have not been authorised in advance.

I bought something in store and want to return it.

Our policy on this is that 'all sales are final', if you've visited, tried something in person while using our service, expertise etc, then there is no legal or moral responsbility for refunds. We will allow for an exchange in certain circumstances, get in touch to discuss your situation further.
